The Seki Magoroku Shoso: Elegant and razor-sharp slotted santoku.

An all stainless steel santoku that fits comfortably in the hand. Its light weight and thin, razor-sharp blade make cutting with this knife an experience. The grooves mean less sticking while cutting.

  • blade made of 1K6 stainless steel with a hardness of 58 ± 1 HRC
  • ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle with diamond pattern
  • newly developed low-speed sharpening technology to reduce resistance when cutting
  • made in Japan

Sharp blade
The blade is made of 1K6 Japanese steel with a hardness of 58 HRc. This hardness ensures that the knife remains sharp for a long time but is still easy to sharpen yourself. The knife is factory convex ground and cuts effortlessly through tomato and other meats and vegetables.

Handle
The handle is made of stainless (18-8) steel and has diamond-shaped grooves. These grooves ensure that you always have a good grip, even when your hands are wet.

We think the Kai Ski Magoroku Shoso is an ideal entry-level series for anyone who wants to start with Japanese knives.
