King whetstone for sharpening and polishing your knives
This King whetstone from Japan makes your knives razor sharp again. The stone has 2 coarsenesses for sharpening and polishing your knife. With the coarse side (grain 800) you sharpen the knife back into shape and with the fine side (grain 6000) you polish the knife so fine that you can shave.
The King whetstone comes with a holder that keeps your stone in place thanks to the non-slip rubber feet. Over the holder is a plastic protective tray that allows you to safely store the stone. This synthetic stone should be placed in a bowl of water for about 5 minutes before use.
