With this Polishing strop set, you can keep your knives razor-sharp from now on. The set includes a polishing paddle with high-quality leather on two sides, and polishing paste. Spread the paste on the coarse side of the strop. After this, stroke your knife over the strop 10 to 12 times per side (at a 15-degree angle). Then run it over the other "dry" side of the strop 2 times and your knife will be razor sharp again.
