This 3000-6000 sharpening stone from Kai is perfect for regular maintenance of your knives. The stone is not made to make blunt knives sharp again but for keeping your reasonably sharp knives optimally sharp. If your knives are very blunt we recommend sharpening your knives with a coarser stone first.
