This sharpener works with 2 wheels (stainless steel and ceramic) for a beautifully sharpened result.

The stainless steel wheel is coarser and makes the knife sharp again.
The ceramic wheel polishes the knife so that the knife becomes and stays sharper.
The sharpener is NOT suitable for Japanese knives. Use the sharpener from Victorinox sharpener or the Minosharp for these.

How to use the sharpener?

The zwilling sharpener is simple to use. Hold the sharpener with your left hand and pull a knife through the sharpener with your right hand. Repeat this several times until the knife is sharp. Only one side must be sharpened, so do not pull the knife back and forth.
