The Sakai Kenechika AUS10 nakiri is made in Sakai Japan under the supervision of third-generation Master Sharpener Fuji San. The core is made of AUS10 steel (60 hrc) protected by 16 layers of stainless steel. The layers are visible as a damask pattern that is unique on each knife. The balance of the knife lies in front of the head making a pinch grip feel perfect./p>
