A 32cm ceramic sharpening rod (23cm ceramic rod) with 2 coarseness to quickly sharpen your knives again. Made by Kyocera, a manufacturer with one of the most advanced ceramic technology. The rod has a smooth and a coarse side (with ridges). You first take the dull blade past the coarse side about 5 times to sharpen it again and then past the smooth side about 5 times. The result is another wonderfully cutting knife with minimal effort.
The Kyocera ceramic sharpening rod is only suitable for stainless steel knives (Japanese and German), so not for ceramic knives
