Spatula perfect for Skottsberg pans

This spatula is specially designed for Skottsberg pans. Ideal for turning fish or meat in the pan, but of course also suitable for ladling vegetables. The spatula may be used with all cast iron and sheet steel pans from Skottsberg.

Using metal tools on pans makes the surface better and smoother. Although it can remove food residue, it does not damage the non-stick coating that has just been created.
