The grill has a clear LCD display and indicates the set temperatures. For example, Low (160-180°C) is the perfect temperature for delicate vegetables and fish. Sear (205-230°C), on the other hand, is good for roasting steaks and larger pieces of meat. You easily adjust the grill to that by adjusting the height on the side.
With the push of a button, you remove the rock-solid scratch-resistant and food-safe ceramic plates from the grill. Because they are ceramic, nothing sticks and they are easy to clean.
