This beautiful spatula from Cilio is made of olive wood that comes from seasoned olive trees from the Mediterranean. Each handmade spoon or spatula therefore has its own unique markings.

Hygienic wood

Olive wood is one of the hardest woods and is more hygienic than other woods. Thanks to its dense structure, food odors and juices have no chance to penetrate the wood. This ladle is therefore hygienic and durable in use. Also important is that olive wood does not damage the coating of your pan.

Wash the spatula with some water and soapy water; this way the quality of the ladle is guaranteed.
