The knives in the Professional S series are made of high-quality steel that is forged at high temperatures, this allows them to stay sharp for a long time. Immediately after forging they receive a FRIODUR treatment. FRIODUR is an ice hardening process that allows the knife to become extra sharp, more flexible and more resistant to rust. The knife has a crop that protects your finger and provides better balance.
Seamless handle
The handle is made of hard POM plastic that is less prone to tearing than normal plastic. The continuous sting and 3 rivets ensure optimal balance and give the Professional S a classic and solid appearance.
