Tsubasan Iimono Japanese Fryer 20 cm

Japanese deep fryer for tempura, among other things. This deep fryer is ideal for frying smaller portions. The lid has inbuilt rack that allows you to drain fried food. Thanks to the drain in the lid, this falls neatly back into the fryer. In the center of the pan is a thermometer that allows you to accurately keep track of the correct temperature. The thermometer can be easily removed for cleaning.

The pan itself is made of chromed steel, so this is not stainless steel but the chrome layer ensures that the pan will not rust easily. With the pour-off spout you can exactly pour off the old frying fat into a container.
