Toshitaka is a renowned knife factory in Seki, Japan, with nearly 100 years of history. The SG2 damask series is distinguished by its striking dark etching, which makes the dozens of layers of damask come to life beautifully and provide a stunning contrast to the traditional handle. These knives are slenderly designed, cutting with minimal resistance. The magnolia handle has an elegant octagon (octagon) shape and is embellished with a head of horn.
