Blue cutting board with lasting anti-bacterial effect
This cutting board is made of high molecular polypropylene. What makes this pan unique is that it incorporates special Silver ions throughout the cutting board. These silver ions inactivate 99.99% of all pathogenic bacteria (tested by TNO). Because it is not a layer but processed throughout the cutting board it has a lifelong effectiveness. The cutting board can be used on 2 sides and has a juice channel on one side which keeps juice from the meat on the board.
The cutting board springs slightly while cutting so your knife stays sharp. It also does not absorb taste or odor. The cutting board is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
