The latest generation of Damask knives

The latest forging technology provides stunning sharpness. In a normal damask knife, there is a hard core layer (usually VG-10) with several layers of soft steel folded over it. But with the new Coreless damask, the hard core (VG-10) is forged together with a softer steel (VG-2). Unlike other brands, the damask here extends all the way to the cut.
