With the Diamant Riyouri, you buy sharp knives at an attractive price. The nakiri is a compact vegetable axe, with which you cut vegetables and fruits into wafer-thin slices. The knife can also be used for meat and chicken but only if there are no bones or hard pieces inside.
Sabatier took its inspiration from the Far East for this series. The knives are made entirely of steel that is seamlessly welded. The blade is made of X45CrMoV15 steel with a hardness of 56 Rockwell. This keeps the knife cutting nicely for a long time.
The handle is made of 18/8 steel and it has a non-slip structure that ensures you always have a good grip.
