The different Tanganryu series

The Ryusen Tanganryu collection consists of several series. The difference between the series is the material the handle is made of. The Micarta line has a Micarta handle and the Maple line has a maple handle. Soon there will also be a series with walnut wood.

They use the best steel from the Takefu factory that is evenly hardened in a salt bath to 60-62 HRC Rockwell.
