The Ultra professional Light frying pans from Ronneby Bruk weigh only half as much as normal cast iron pans, namely only 1.40 kg. Therefore, with these pans you have all the advantages of cast iron, but now with the weight of a normal aluminum pan.

Without non-stick coating

The Ronneby Bruk Ultra Light frying pans do not have a non-stick coating. However, these pans do get a natural non-stick coating when used. By oiling the pan it will always be slightly greasy. The pans have a special treatment that gives them a unique texture, which ensures that the natural non-stick coating is better preserved. Also, Ronneby Bruk has given these pans a pre-treatment with oil at the factory so that when you get home you can use the pan right away.

The handle is stainless steel and has a hanging eye. Therefore, the pan can also be used in the oven up to 220 degrees for post-cooking. The pan should not go into the dishwasher. We recommend cleaning the pan with a sponge and water. These pans are supposed to stay a little greasy.
