Now Ronneby Bruk finally has a solution for that! The Ultra Light frying pans from Ronneby Bruk weigh only half as much as normal cast iron pans, namely only 1.55 kg. This gives you all the advantages of cast iron, but with the weight of a normal aluminum pan.

Without non-stick coatingThe

Ronneby Bruk Ultra Light frying pans do not have a non-stick coating. However, these pans do get a natural non-stick coating when used. By oiling the pan it will always be slightly greasy. The pans have received a special treatment that gives them a unique texture that helps to preserve the natural non-stick coating. Ronneby Bruk has also given these pans a pre-treatment with oil at the factory so that you can use the pan immediately when you get home.

The handle is made of stainless steel and has a hanging eye. Therefore, the pan can also be used in the oven up to 220 degrees for post-cooking. The pan should not go into the dishwasher. We recommend cleaning the pan with a sponge and water. These pans are supposed to stay a little greasy.
