Now Ronneby Bruk finally has a solution for that! The Ultra Light pans from Ronneby Bruk weigh only half as much as normal cast iron pans, namely to 3.6 pounds. This gives you all the benefits of cast iron with these pans, but now with the weight of a normal aluminum pan.

Despite the light weight of this frying pan, you can still fry in it the old-fashioned way. So you can make the most delicious stews or roast a piece of meat in it. With a capacity of 4 liters, it is suitable for 2 to 3 people.

Without non-stick coating

The Ronneby Bruk Ultra Light frying pans do not have a non-stick coating. However, these pans do get a natural non-stick coating when used. By oiling the pan, it will always be slightly greasy. This makes for even better frying performance and you can also just fry an egg or fish with it. The pans are treatment giving them a unique texture, which ensures that the natural non-stick coating is better preserved. Also, Ronneby Bruk has given these pans a pre-treatment with oil at the factory so that when you get home you can use the pan right away.

The handle is stainless steel with a silicone coating. This also allows the pan to be used in the oven up to 220 degrees for post-cooking. The pan should not go into the dishwasher. We recommend cleaning the pan with a sponge and water. These pans are supposed to stay a little greasy.
