Description

Strong carbon steel wok with non-stick coating

This wok is made of carbon steel. This allows the pan to heat evenly and cannot deform. The pan has a strong Whitford Excalibur non-toxic non-stick coating (PFOA free) that makes frying even easier. The combination of this non-stick coating and the carbon steel allows you to stir-fry in the wok at high temperatures.

The handle is stainless steel and is hollow inside so it does not get hot. The wok is suitable for all heat sources including induction. Stir fry like a real professional with the convenience of a good non-stick coating
