Strong carbon steel wok with non-stick coating
This wok is made of carbon steel. As a result, the pan heats up evenly and cannot deform. The pan has a strong Whitford Excalibur non-stick coating (PFOA free) that makes frying even easier. The combination of this non-stick coating and the carbon steel allows you to stir-fry in the wok at high temperatures.
