Piazza Point Sieve

With this solid stainless steel and fine mesh point strainer from Piazza, you can sieve broths, sauces or flours with ease. The handy thing about a mesh strainer is That you get to work centered. That way the broth runs directly to the tip of the strainer, making less of a mess in the kitchen.

Because of the shape, sauces or broths also cool less quickly than in a regular bulb sieve. The strainer comes with a long handle and a hook for hanging from the pan.

After use, simply put the strainer in the dishwasher.
