The easy-to-use mandoline has 21 different cutting choices and 17 different thicknesses. For example, you can cut slices from 1 to 9 mm in 0.5 mm increments. The blade is made of super-sharp Japanese stainless steel. It also effortlessly cuts through soft foods such as tomatoes and kiwis

The non-slip dial is easy to operate, even with damp hands. At the top of the mandoline, the indicator clearly shows the thickness at which you are cutting.

The mandoline stands firmly on the countertop and stays in place thanks to the non-slip feet. The large residue cutter allows you to cut up vegetables and fruits completely without getting your fingers in a mess. After use, the mandolin body and residue holder can go in the dishwasher.
