The user-friendly mandoline has no less than 21 different slicing choices and 17 different slice thicknesses. So you can cut slices from 1 to 9 mm in 0.5 mm increments. The blade is made of super-sharp Japanese stainless steel. You also cut effortlessly through soft foods such as tomatoes and kiwis
The non-slip dial is easy to operate, even with damp hands. At the top of the mandoline, the indicator clearly shows the thickness at which you are cutting.
