Tough and rock solid cast iron skillet from Lodge

This 26 Lodge Logic skillet is made from one piece of unglazed cast iron. The cast iron retains heat well and conducts it well, allowing the Lodge Logic skillet to get hot and hold that heat for a long time. The cast iron is pre-treated with vegetable oil, eliminating the need for self-firing. Using the casserole automatically creates a natural non-stick coating.

The Lodge pans are suitable for any heat source, including induction and can also be placed in the oven. Due to the robustness of the cast iron, these pans do not wear out. The pans should not be put in the dishwasher and must be re-oiled after cleaning.
