This Lodge Combo Cooker is a combination of a skillet and a grill. Both parts are made from one piece of unglazed cast iron. The cast iron retains heat well, allowing the Lodge Logic pans to get hot.

The cast iron is pretreated with vegetable oil, eliminating the need for self-firing. Both the Lodge frying pan and the frying pan have a diameter of 26 cm. By using the frying pan as the bottom and the frying pan as the lid, you can easily create a casserole. In this way, your pans are very versatile and you save cabinet space.

Using the pans automatically creates a natural non-stick coating. The Lodge pans are suitable for any heat source, including induction and can also be placed in the oven. The pans should not be put in the dishwasher and must be re-oiled after cleaning.

This pan is also widely used by people who bake bread at home. Putting the dough in this pan in the oven retains the dough's moisture, which is essential for obtaining the so-called oven-grain. The moisture prevents the crust from hardening early on, giving the dough longer to increase in volume. The bread becomes fluffier as a result. Because of the low rim, you can still easily reach the dough to cut it in at the top. With a high rim of an ordinary frying pan, for example, this is more difficult and you run the risk of bandaging yourself.
