The santoku is a real all-rounder and is suitable for vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. Thanks to the slots in the blade, almost nothing sticks and you can keep cutting. Of course, this santoku also has the famous Laguiole design complete with bee and markings on the blade. The olive wood handle gives the knife character and it has a timeless design as a result.
