Champagne saber with olive wood

Sabring is opening a champagne bottle in a traditional way. And in sabring you need a nice saber. A few taps of the saber against the bottle make the top including cork fly off. A fun party trick that is relatively easy to learn.

This saber from Laguiole is made of hardened stainless steel and has a nice finish on the top of the blade. The handle is made of olive wood, which gives the saber a fancy look.
