Laguiole and Aubrac waiter's knives are all works of art. Each waiter's knife is completely handmade and engraved by the same person. The 14 knife makers all have their own hallmark that they engrave on the top of the blade and the back of the handle.

Ornate shapes

This Laguiole and Aubrac sommelier knife has graceful shapes and is nicely rounded. This makes it comfortable in the hand and provides a good grip while turning and removing the cork.

At the end of the handle is a bottle opener and a serrated blade for removing the capsule.

This model has a handle made of Amboina. This wood has a dark brown color with dark markings. In addition, this type of wood smells delicious.

Free engraving
