The Kai WASABI Series excels with excellent cutting characteristics with fantastic value for money.
The Wasabi knives have a traditional appearance but are made using the most modern methods. The blade is made of polished stainless steel (Daido 1K6) with a hardness of 58 HRC. This hardness ensures that Kai's Wasabi knives stay sharp for a long time and are low maintenance.

The handle is made of a combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene. This combination ensures optimal hygiene thanks to the natural antibacterial properties of bamboo. The handle is encloses the blade in its entirety. As a result, the knife cannot come loose from the handle, nor can dirt settle anywhere.

These Kai knives are also perfect for the professional kitchen.
