This chef's knife from the KAI Shun Classic series is the smaller version of the chef's knife with a 20cm blade. The shorter blade of 15cm makes it a multifunctional kitchen knife. The blade has the same height as the normal chef's knife, giving it the same cutting characteristics, but is especially practical for cutting vegetables and smaller pieces of meat. The hard blade looks great and stays sharp for a long time, and the comfortable grip of the packah wood handle makes this knife particularly comfortable to hold.
