The Seki Magoroku Shoso: Elegant and razor-sharp bread knife
An all stainless steel bread knife that fits comfortably in the hand. Its light weight and thin, razor-sharp blade make cutting with this knife an experience.
- 1K6 stainless steel blade with a hardness of 58 ± 1 HRC.
- ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle with diamond pattern
- newly developed low-speed sharpening technology to reduce resistance when cutting
- made in Japan
The sharp blade
The blade is made of 1K6 Japanese steel with a hardness of 58 HRc. This hardness ensures that the knife remains sharp for a long time but is still easy to sharpen yourself. The knife is factory convex ground and cuts effortlessly through bread vegetables.
Handle
The handle is made of stainless (18-8) steel and has diamond-shaped grooves. These grooves ensure that you always have a good grip, even when your hands are wet.
We think the Kai Ski Magoroku Shoso is an ideal entry-level series for anyone who wants to start with Japanese knives.
