Stainless steel whipping sprayer for hot and cold

The ISI whip is one of the most popular kiddies in the professional kitchen. The fastest way to whip and whip up airy dishes. Thanks to its stainless steel body, you can use it to prepare hot dishes in addition to cold whipping cream. For example, it is often used for purees, desserts, sauces, spumantes, espumas and cream soups.

Safe to use
The ISI siphon meets all safety standards including NSF and HACCP. The contents stay fresh for 10 days in the refrigerator and the syringe is easy to clean. The siphon comes with 3 syringes.

How do you use the ISI siphon?

Fill the siphon with the desired liquid and close it. Screw on a gas cartridge at the top. Once it stops hissing turn the siphon upside down and shake it. It is now ready for use. For whipped cream, never use granulated sugar but a sweetener, powdered sugar or sugar dissolved in water. The granulated sugar can clog the valve.

Tip for hot preparations
Place the siphon in a bain-marie container to a maximum of 75° C degrees. This will keep your dish at temperature
