The Imanishi Arashiyama is a popular stone among connoisseurs. The stones are harder than King's and Naniwa's and thus last longer. They sharpen quickly and effectively and are highly recommended as a high finish stone for Japanese knives.
A major asset of this synthetic stone is its virtually "splash and go" property. This means you do not have to soak the stone in a tub of water for 15 minutes. We recommend dipping it under water for 1/2 a minute and you can get started after that. This will allow you to make your knife sharp in no time.
- Size: 210 mm x 74 mm x 25 mm
- Grit: 6000
- Quick to use
