This rectangular pan from Ibili is especially for making "tamago yaki" (tamago=egg and yaki=fried), a Japanese rectangular omelet made of multiple layers.
The pan is made of aluminum, has a double non-stick coating and is suitable for gas, electric and induction. The bakelite handle features a practical hanging eye.
