Hatsukokoro works with various artisans to bring out unique knives. For series Hayabusa series, they partnered with a knife maker in Seki, Japan. This version is made of Aogami #2 carbon/carbon steel mixed with Copper and brass. This creates a colorful pattern that looks fantastic. The handle is made of ebony.
