The Hatsukokoro Ginyo series is forged by Yoshihiro Yauji with a beautiful damask pattern. The core steel is Ginsan 3 (also known as Silver 3), a type of steel that combines the sharpness and ease of sharpening of carbon steel with the convenience of stainless steel. Therefore, with normal use, this type of steel will not rust.
The knife is beautifully finished in every detail and polished to a mirror finish. Combined with the multiple layers of stainless steel damask, this ensures that it attracts attention.
- Ginsan Stainless Steel
- 61-62 HRC Rockwell
- Stainless Damask
- Walnut handle with head of horn
