Just like the famous Relance frying pan , this pan has a ceramic Greblon layer. The Greblon layer is used in the high industry to move very high and low temperatures and is rock hard. So you can be sure that this layer will keep frying well for years.

The pan has a diameter of 28 cm, is made of high-quality stainless steel and is therefore suitable for frying at high temperatures. So you can easily sear meat. The ergonomic handle is hollow inside and thus will not get hot. You can use the pan on all heat sources (including induction) and you can even use it in the oven.

After use, cleaning is easy with a sponge and some soapy water. You can also put it in the dishwasher, but be careful not to use too aggressive detergents.
