The great thing about this Greenpan frying pan is the Infinity professional ceramic non-stick coating. This rock-hard layer is reinforced by diamonds and is free of PFAS. The layer even allows you to use a stainless-steel spatula to scoop or ladle. Another advantage is that you hardly need to use any oil; this way your meal will always be a really slim bite. Moreover, the frying pan is allowed in the oven up to 220 °C.
