GreenPan Copenhagen Wok 30 cm

GreenPan's wok has an extra strong non-stick coating. The layer is so strong that you can even use steel utensils in it. So flipping something with a fork or stainless steel spatula is no problem.

You don't have to worry about toxins either. The coating is free of PFAS, PFOA, LEAD and cadmium. If the pan gets too hot, it won't release any harmful substances or fumes. And that's such a safe idea.

The wok pan fits comfortably in the hand because of its ergonomic handle. The handle is finished with a matte finish.

The safest layer of its kind

The Copenhagen line is among the better pans Greenpan has to offer. The pans feature a rock-hard Thermolon Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick coating. A super-safe layer that is reinforced with diamonds. This means that no toxic substances such as PEAS, PFOA, LEAD or cadmium are involved. This is why safe and nutritious cooking is a top priority for Belgian Greenpan.

The pans have a scratch guard layer. This has the advantage that you can use it with stainless steel kitchen tools without damaging the layer.

The Copenhagen pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction. And because of the long stainless steel cast handle, they are also oven safe.
