Making a sauce or heating milk is best done in a saucepan. Because of the rock-hard ceramic coating, you may even stir through it with a stainless steel spoon.

You also don't have to worry about toxins. The layer is free of PFAS, PFOA, LEAD and cadmium. If the pan gets too hot, it won't release any harmful substances or fumes. And that's such a safe idea.

The saucepan fits comfortably in the hand due to its ergonomic handle. The handle is finished with a matte finish.

The Copenhagen line is among the better pans Greenpan has to offer. The pans feature a rock-hard Thermolon Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick coating. A super-safe layer that is reinforced with diamonds. This means that no toxic substances such as PEAS, PFOA, LEAD or cadmium are involved. This is why safe and nutritious cooking is a top priority for Belgian Greenpan.

The pans have a scratch guard layer. This has the advantage that you can use it with stainless steel kitchen tools without damaging the layer.

The Copenhagen pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction. And because of the long stainless steel cast handle, they are also oven safe.
