You need a big pan to fry a whole fish. The Greenpan Copenhagen fish pan is therefore the best option. It is 40 cm in size, but it is also oval. As a result, you are not fumbling for space. The pan is so spacious that you can easily fry two fish in it. Moreover, there is a super strong non-stick coating in the pan. You can be sure the fish won't stick to the pan.
