GreenPan Barcelona Pancake Pan 28 cm

This flat 28 cm frying pan is ideal for frying pancakes, crepes or fried eggs. Thanks to its frying surface and low edge, you can easily flip a pancake. The pan features the ceramic coating, which means you need almost no oil or butter.

You also don't have to worry about toxic substances. The layer is free of PFAS, PFOA, LEAD and cadmium. If the pan gets too hot, it won't release any harmful substances or fumes. And that's such a safe idea.

The frying pan fits comfortably in your hand because of its ergonomic handle. The handle is finished with a matte finish.

The Barcelona line is among the better pans Greenpan has to offer. The pans feature a rock-hard Thermolon Infinity Pro ceramic non-stick coating. A super-safe layer that is reinforced with diamonds. The pans have a scratch guard layer. This has the advantage that you can use it with stainless steel kitchen tools without damaging the layer.
