This Global G-7 Oriental DEBA chopping knife is sharpened on one side, making it perfect for cutting and filleting fish. Because of the DEBA sharpening, the Global chopping knife is sharpened at an even smaller angle than traditional Global knives for even greater sharpness and precision in cutting. Because it is unilaterally sharpened, only right-handed people can work with it. This G-7 Oriental chopping knife (DEBA) has a blade length of 18cm and an overall length of 32cm.
