The Vitaquick is Fissler's entry-level pressure cooker. Yet it has all the characteristics of a Fissler pan. The pan is made of high quality stainless steel and has a Cookstar bottom. The pan has a 4-point closure so you cannot close it incorrectly or crookedly. So you always use the pan safely. After use, you can put the pan in the dishwasher.
