The Vitaquick is Fissler's entry-level pressure cooker. Yet it has all the characteristics of a Fissler pan. The pan is made of high quality stainless steel and has a Cookstar bottom. The pan has a diameter of 26 cm, a capacity of 10 liters and a 4-point closure that prevents you from closing it incorrectly or crookedly. This way you always use the pan safely. After use, the pan can be put in the dishwasher.
