Original Asian Carbon Steel Wok
This wok is made of carbon steel. This has the advantage that it can withstand high temperatures much better than normal aluminum pans. The pan must be pre-treated and should not be put in the dishwasher.
The wok will discolor after a while, this is normal and provides a natural non-stick coating. The steel is 1.5 mm thick and provides good heat conduction. It is also suitable for all heat sources
