The outer edge is made of magnetic 18/10 stainless steel. then a layer of pure aluminum, an aluminum alloy and another layer of pure aluminum. The inside is made of highest quality 18/10 stainless steel. The handle is made of cast steel welded to the pan. This prevents dirt from accumulating and makes the pan easier to clean.
