Alu Pro is a new series from Demeyere. Unlike their normal range, this frying pan is made of 5 mm thick aluminum that is cold forged. This makes the pan more durable and has excellent heat distribution. The handle is made of stainless steel and is hollow on the inside. As a result, the handle never gets hot (unless used in the oven).

This wok allows you to stir-fry effortlessly without food sticking. The wok has a diameter of 30 cm, large enough to wok for 4 to 6 people.

Strong non-stick coating

The Demeyere Alu Pro have a titanium duraglide coating. This titanium plasma non-stick coating consists of 5 layers reinforced with titanium particles for even better protection and wear resistance. No toxic substances were used in the production and the pan is therefore PFOA-free

TriplInduc technology

Demeyere's unique TriplInduc technology ensures that the bottom is and stays flat. When used on induction, the pan heats up 30% faster. Thus, frying with this wok is also cheaper to use.
